I don't know offhand how to do exactly what u ask, but an alternate approach would be to set the default download directory of your browser when u spin up your webdriver instance. Then in your selenium script you can anticipate the file download to the default directory and then rename/move it elsewhere as needed.

In most of the cases we know which file is getting downloaded after clicking on download button / link.
